Item Group Valuation Methods - SAP Business One

In SAP Business One, there are 3 inventory valuation methods to choose from. Among others are :

1. Moving Average - this method is based on calculating the average cost for the item in each sales and purchase transaction.

2. Standard - standardization of prices in the system which requires charging a fixed price that will be used for all transactions.

3. FIFO - a permutation of the perpetual inventory system where goods purchased first are sold first, regardless of actual inventory transactions.
