With the implementation of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise Tax (DJBC) Regulation which requires all companies in bonded areas to have an online IT Inventory Customs and Excise application, companies are required to have software that is used to record goods in and out activities with an online system that can be accessed by parties. Importing/Receiving Goods
Every time goods are imported into the company is recorded in IT Inventory. Recording must be done according to the physical number of goods received by the warehouse.
Every recording of receipt of goods in IT Inventory must be accompanied by the type, number and date of customs notification.
If the goods receipt document is hardcopy, it needs to be authorized by an officer authorized to carry out authorization.

Expenditures
Every item released from the company is recorded in IT Inventory. Recording is carried out according to the physical number of goods issued.
