Next in this article we will discuss the submenus in Fixed Assets, namely Asset Master Data, Capitalization, Capitalization Credit Memo, Retirement, Transfer, Manual Depreciation, Depreciation Run, Asset Revaluation, Fiscal Year Change, Fixed Assets Reports. The following is a discussion of the submenus contained in Fixed Assets:
Asset Master Data
The Asset Master Data feature is used to create Fixed Asset master data in SAP Business One. Where we can input data manually or import it (data from a Microsoft Excel Sheet). The following is a display of the Fixed Assets Master Data module.
Capitalization
The Fixed Asset Capitalization feature in SAP Business One is used to acquire or record the value of Fixed Assets into the system.
Capitalization Credit Memo
The Fixed Asset Capitalization Credit Memo feature in SAP Business One is used to cancel previous recordings or cancel the value of Fixed Assets.
Retirement
The Fixed Asset Retirement feature in SAP Business One is used to output Fixed Asset values to the system.
Transfer
The Fixed Asset Transfer feature in SAP Business One is used to move Fixed Assets to different Asset Classes. This is done if you want to replace the account for the Fixed Assets that have been created, create different Fixed Assets for the same item, and change the Asset Classes.
Manual Depreciation
The Fixed Asset Manual Depreciation feature in SAP Business One is used to create manual depreciation for the following reasons: Vehicle accidents, special depreciation, the company uses unit-of-production depreciation and wants to plan depreciation manually.
Depreciation Run
The Fixed Asset Depreciation Run feature in SAP Business One is used to calculate actual depreciation in a period.
Asset Revaluation
The Fixed Asset Asset Revaluation feature in SAP Business One is used to reassess Fixed Assets due to changes in the value of these assets, whether there is an increase or a low value of Fixed Assets due to devaluation or other things. In other words, Assets Revaluation is carried out because the value of Fixed Assets no longer corresponds to the actual situation.
Final Year Change
The Fixed Asset Final Year Change feature in SAP Business One functions to make changes or close the fiscal year
Fixed Asset Report
The Fixed Asset Report feature in SAP Business One functions to view Fixed Asset reports.
