Separate Journal Entry per Line Document

In SAP Business One, the Journal Entry format that is formed when posting a transaction document can be customized according to your own needs:

·      Split in a journal entry previews only

Only shown separately per line document during preview

·      Split

When previewing and posting are already displayed separately per line document

·      No Split

When previewing and posting, there is still a separator per line document.

 

Then, if you really need to analyze the total number of values per row, then you can select the "Split" display setting option. (Of course you can change this setting in the future)

Please open the menu: Administration ?  System Initialization ?  Document Setting

(This feature only available on SAP Business One 9.2 version and above).
